The multinational e-commerce group LAZADA has chosen Axcela as its partner for CEFR-based English communication training for its team of employees at the HCMC office, aiming to enhance and standardize internal English communication according to CEFR standards.

Presentation & Meeting (Business English) Program: Targeted at management levels with the objective of using English professionally and fluently during exchanges with partners and customers.

CEFR Standard English Program: Designed for office and Lazada warehouse employees.
Training Outcomes:
After 24 weeks of training (6 months), 89% of LAZADA’s learners met the requirements of the CEFR course and successfully achieved the initial objective of advancing by 1 CEFR level post-training. The end-of-course assessment was conducted by an independent examination body following US CEFR standards to ensure transparency and objectivity, aligning with Axcela’s commitment to its customers.
