BOLLORÉ LOGISTICS, a leading global logistics group, has selected Axcela as the provider for its CEFR Business English training program for senior-level employees and managers in its offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. The training objective is to enhance and standardize English communication skills to support the company’s operations and development.
Course Structure
Each Business English communication course for working professionals at BOLLORÉ LOGISTICS lasts for 6 months, aiming to advance by 1 CEFR level after completion. During the course, each trainee will:
- Attend weekly online sessions with native-speaking instructors from Axcela.
- Receive individual coaching from a Personal Coach for personalized English practice outside of working hours.
- Have access to a listening, speaking, and pronunciation practice account through Axcela’s exclusive app from the United States throughout the course.
Training Outcomes
After 24 weeks of training (6 months), 96% of BOLLORÉ LOGISTICS trainees meet the course requirements and successfully achieve the initial learning objectives: completing CEFR levels B1 or B2 for fluent communication internally and with partners and clients. The end-of-course assessment is conducted by an independent examination body, following US CEFR standards, ensuring transparency and objectivity – a commitment that Axcela consistently upholds for its clients
