The leading tourism and wellness service provider in Southeast Asia, FUSION, has selected Axcela as its English Communication CEFR training partner for its team in HCMC, aiming to enhance and standardize internal English communication to CEFR standards.

Course Structure

Each English communication course for FUSION employees lasts for 6 months, with the goal of achieving a 1-level increase in CEFR proficiency. Throughout the course, each participant will:

  1. Attend classroom sessions with native Axcela instructors.
  2. Have a Personal Coach assigned for additional practice outside of work hours to maintain reflexes and reinforce personalized English language skills based on classroom content.
  3. Access a dedicated listening, speaking, and pronunciation practice account via Axcela’s exclusive app from the United States throughout the course.

Training Outcomes

After 24 weeks of training (6 months), 100% of FUSION learners meet the course requirements and successfully achieve the initial learning objectives: completing 1 CEFR level to meet the English communication needs set by the organization. The end-of-course assessment is conducted by an independent examination body following US CEFR standards to ensure transparency and objectivity – a commitment that Axcela always upholds for its clients.
